Refund policy
At BLO Denim, we currently offer exchanges only. We do not offer refunds at this time.
To qualify for an exchange:
- Request must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags must remain attached
- Customer is responsible for exchange shipping costs unless an incorrect item was received
Due to the exclusive nature of our drops, select items may be marked final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
